■ 펀딩 오픈 조건 Funding Requirements

: 이용일 2일전 16시 기준 리프 서핑 예약률 30% 이상 시 오픈(운영 여부 개별 문자 안내)

Session will be opened if reef surfing booking rate reaches 30% or higher by 4PM, two days prior to usage date. (Notification of operation status will be sent via individual email.)

※ 이용일 당일 현장 구매 장소 : 멀티스토어, , 서프 렌탈

Available for purchase on-site at the Multi-store and Surf Rental

※ 펀딩 미오픈 시 개별 안내드리며, 예약 취소는 홈페이지 [마이페이지]에서 직접 진행해주시기 바랍니다.

STEP 1.

홈페이지[통합예약] 접속 후 상품 예약

(WEB) Book Promotion - Select Product

STEP 2.

이용일 2일전 16시, 펀딩 세션 운영여부 확인

Check operation status of funding session at 4PM, two days prior to the usage date

STEP 3.

예약 QR 게이트에서 제시 후 입장

Show Reservation QR code at Gate

STEP 4.

환복 후 서프체크인에서 안전교육 이수

Check Satety Education after wearing Suit

STEP 5.

예약 확인 후 서핑 이용

■ 유의사항 Notice
-서핑은 안전을 위해 신장 150cm 이상 이용 가능합니다.

Surf Available over 150cm.

-본 상품은 선착순 예약으로 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.

Available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out early.

-본 상품은 1인 사용 원칙으로 타인과 분할하여 사용할 수 없습니다.

This product cannot be used separately with other people.

- 다수의 상품을 일괄 결제 시, 부분 환불 및 취소 불가

Partial refund not available

- 현장 구매 시, 구매한 업장에서 세션 시작 10분 전까지 취소 및 환불 가능

On-site purchases can be canceled and refunded at the place of purchase up to 10 minutes before the session.

- 방문일 1일 전 취소 : 30% 위약금 발생

Cancellation 1 day prior to the appointment day : 30% cancellation fee will be charged

- 방문일 당일, 노쇼 : 100% 위약금 발생(환불불가)

Cancellation on the appointment day : 100% cancellation fee will be charged(non-refundable)
